The recipe

- Pull a double into the mug and have the jug ready before it finishes.
- Steam 200 ml of barista oat to 61 °C: air for the first two seconds only, then drop the tip under and spin it until the jug is too hot to hold.
- Knock the jug, swirl until it shines, and pour.
- Pour from height to sink the foam, then drop the jug to the surface and draw a heart through the crema.
- Finish with marshmallow.
