The recipe

1.5 g matcha · 77 ml · 77 °C · whisk 15 s

Sift 1.5 g of matcha into the bowl. Unsifted it clumps and no amount of whisking fixes it.
Add 77 ml at 77 °C — boiling water makes it bitter — and whisk in a W, wrist only, until the surface is all fine foam.
Pour into the tumbler straight away; it separates within a minute.
Dust cocoa over a stencil held a finger above the surface.
