Grind 106 g coarse — the texture of raw sugar — and stir it into 792 g of cold water until no dry grounds are left floating.
Leave it 19 hours in the fridge. Longer is not stronger past a day, only heavier.
Strain twice, the second time through paper, and serve over ice in the tulip.
