- Grind 110 g coarse — the texture of raw sugar — and stir it into 855 g of cold water until no dry grounds are left floating.
- Leave it 16 hours in the fridge. Longer is not stronger past a day, only heavier.
- Strain twice, the second time through paper, and serve over ice in the mason.
