The recipe
17.9 g · 17 g chocolate · 130 ml milk
- Melt 17 g of dark chocolate into the shot while it is still hot, and stir until it is glossy rather than grainy.
- Steam 130 ml of milk to 61 °C.
- Pour through the chocolate so it marbles on the way in.
