- Pull a double into the mason and have the jug ready before it finishes.
- Steam 169 ml of barista oat to 62 °C: air for the first two seconds only, then drop the tip under and spin it until the jug is too hot to hold.
- Knock the jug, swirl until it shines, and pour.
